The Treasury Specialist carries out daily operational activities of the treasury function, ensuring the correct execution of payments, the recording of banking transactions and basic monitoring of liquidity. His objective is to guarantee operational continuity in financial flows, ensuring accuracy in transactions and support in administrative activities related to treasury management
In your role you will:
• Daily monitoring of liquidity to ensure coverage of operational needs;
• Management of bank movements and reconciliation of company current accounts;
• Supervision of payment and collection operations, verifying correct execution;
• Analysis of liquidity variations and reporting of potential criticalities;
• Management of operational relations with banks, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements;
• Execution of short-term financing operations (advances, factoring, revolving credit, etc.);
• Management of banking documentation and updating of financial records;
• Management of financial hedging for exchange rate and interest rate risk, in collaboration with the Treasury Manager;
• Analysis of financial exposure and proposal of solutions to reduce risks;
• Preparation of periodic treasury reports for management (e.g. cash flow, financial exposure, status of credit lines);
• Supporting the preparation of monthly closings and the accounting reconciliation of bank movements;
• Verification of correct application of internal treasury procedures and financial controls.
The ideal candidate has:
• Advanced level (minimum B2) of English – written and spoken;
• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines;
• Master’s degree in Corporate Finance or Treasury Management is a plus;
• 2-5 years of experience in corporate treasury, financial accounting or cash management;
Nice to have:
• Experience in the use of treasury and ERP software (SAP, Doc Finance, Oracle, Kyriba, TMS).
• Knowledge of banking operations, financing tools and financial risk management.

• Accuracy and attention to detail in managing financial transactions.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to improve treasury efficiency.
